Terms of Service
Enterprise Master Agreement

By accessing or using the Convoiz meeting intelligence platform, website, software applications, or API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a corporation or enterprise organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these conditions.

Convoiz grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform in accordance with your subscription plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).

We commit to maintaining a minimum platform availability of 99.9% for Enterprise accounts, backed by our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regional wiretapping, call recording, and two-party consent laws in your jurisdiction.

Convoiz provides automated audio notifications and visual indicators ("Meeting Assistant Connected") to assist your team in providing proper notice to call participants.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract underlying proprietary algorithms of the Convoiz platform.
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code, malware, or illegal audio content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other tenant environments or shared infrastructure.

Convoiz retains all ownership, patent, copyright, and trademark rights to the platform interface, AI algorithms, and software code.

Your organization retains 100% ownership of all audio inputs, call transcripts, customer CRM records, and derived meeting summaries.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Convoiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service interruptions or data handling beyond our reasonable control.
